Our portfolio includes Kool Beanz which operates twelve childcare centres across Northern NSW and QLD, alongside The Commons and Hive Byron Bay commercial precincts. We are rapidly growing with future projects in Mackay and Victoria.
We are currently seeking a Landscaping Person to work across our childcare centres and commercial properties 5 days a week on the Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities:

Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general garden maintenance

Hedge trimming, pruning, planting, and weed control

Basic irrigation system checks and maintenance

General property maintenance and minor repairs

Waste removal and site clean-up
-
Operating landscaping equipment and tools safely

Ensuring outdoor areas are maintained to a high standard

Feeding and tending to childcare centre chickens / birds
Requirements:

Strong work ethic and commitment to quality maintenance.

Punctuality and reliability in meeting work schedules.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication skills to coordinate with team members.

Blue Card (Working with Children check) or willingness to obtain a Blue Card.

Ability to set and achieve personal goals and work independently.

Valid driver's license.
-
Ability to work independently and part as a team.

Own transport for commuting to different locations on the Gold Coast with the ability to tow a trailer.
