About the Role
360 Personnel is seeking experienced Demolition Team leader/ Labourers for a commercial refurbishment project on the Gold Coast.
This role involves hands-on demolition and strip-out work across active construction sites. We are looking for reliable workers who are physically fit, safety-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, while working with a team to get the project completed in allocated time.
This is an ABN contractor position offering consistent hours and ongoing project work.
Duties
- Commercial demolition and strip-out works
- Work in a team to completed project in allocated time
- Breaking up concrete and removing materials
- Operating jackhammers and power tools
- Site clean-up and waste removal
- Assisting trades and site supervisors
- Manual handling and heavy lifting
- Maintaining site safety standards
- General construction labouring duties as required

Requirements
- Previous demolition or construction team leading and labouring experience
- Construction White Card
- Own ABN
- Reliable transport
- Toolbelt and basic tools
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to pass site inductions
