Frances Perry's Graduate Program is a structured pathway that supports your transition from graduate to confident, skilled practitioner. Our program is delivered over two distinct stages;

Year 1: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience through rotations in various clinical settings, including Surgical, Day Surgery, Birth Suite, Antenatal & Postnatal Wards and the Special Care Nursery.

Year 2: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

Qualifications

Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma in Nursing.

Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse by February 2027

Hold valid Australian work rights.
