We're on the hunt for a Duty Manager who can run a shift like a conductor runs an orchestra — calm, sharp, and always one step ahead of the chaos.
The Role
You'll be the go-to person on the floor — keeping service humming, the team motivated, and the whole venue running like clockwork, whether it's a quiet Tuesday lunch or a packed Friday night.
What You'll Be Doing

Running shifts front-to-back, from opening checks to end-of-night reconciliation

Leading, motivating and troubleshooting with the floor and bar team in real time

Making sure RSA, WHS and licensing standards are upheld, every shift, no exceptions

Handling guest feedback (the good, the bad, and the "can I speak to the manager") with a level head

Managing cash handling, stock control and rostering basics on shift

Being the calm in the storm when the pub is three-deep at the bar and the kitchen's slammed
You Are

An experienced hospitality leader who thrives under pressure

Current RSA (mandatory) — RCG highly regarded
