About your new role
- Inspire young minds with your enthusiasm and commitment to quality education.
- Lead and support classroom activities, engaging with children, families, and the community. Ensure all practices align with Government regulations and our centre’s high standards.
- Cultivate and document children’s skills and interests, following a reflective cycle of practice.
About you
- Hold an AQF Cert III (or equivalent) qualification in Children’s Services (ACECQA approved).
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma qualifications.
- Valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an early childhood setting.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in building partnerships with children and families.
