As a Casual Member Support team member, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment for our members and visitors. You'll help prospective members begin their fitness journey, support our current members, assist with club operations and create exciting content that showcases our amazing community. What you'll also do:
Member Experience

Welcome every member and guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Build genuine relationships with members and make everyone feel part of our community.
- Answer member enquiries in person, over the phone and via email.
- Assist with member onboarding and club tours.
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming club environment.
- Handle member feedback professionally and confidently.
Sales & Administration

Assist with membership enquiries and bookings.
- Conduct follow-up calls and messages to prospective members.
- Book appointments for the Club Manager.
- Support monthly sales campaigns and promotions.
- Complete ClubWise administration and daily tasks.
- Maintain accurate member records.
Community Engagement & Social Media

Create fun, engaging and creative content f
- Capture photos and videos around the club (with member permission).
- Film workouts, challenges, member success stories and behind-the-scenes content.
- Help plan and execute monthly social media campaigns.
- Keep up with social media trends and bring fresh content ideas to the team.
- Encourage members to participate in club events, challenges and promotions.
- Assist with community events, local partnerships and outreach activities.
Club Operations

Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain high presentation standards throughout the club.
- Assist with stock displays and promotional material.
- Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
