We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused team member to join our Indooroopilly store on a part time basis.
As a member of the Ripe team, you'll create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer while helping women feel confident, comfortable and supported throughout pregnancy and beyond.
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves delivering exceptional customer service and building genuine connections with customers.
- Is motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Is confident working autonomously and takes ownership of their store and customers.
- Is dynamic, self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks throughout the day.
- Takes pride in maintaining beautiful visual merchandising and impeccable store presentation.
- Has excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Enjoys working independently while also contributing positively as part of a wider team.
- Has previous experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
