Job Title: Oracle Finance-Solution Architect
Location: Sydney
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-scale Oracle Finance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle Fusion Financials and will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to deliver scalable and integrated finance transformation solutions.
The role requires strong functional and solution architecture experience across finance modules, integration architecture, reporting, and stakeholder management in large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Finance implementations and transformation programs.
- Design scalable Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion Financials solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance across:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Procurement
- Expense Management
- Define integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, middleware, and third-party systems.
- Lead solution workshops, architecture reviews, and design authority meetings.
- Drive data migration, reporting, and reconciliation strategies.
- Collaborate with technical, functional, and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, proposals, and client presentations.
- Ensure governance, compliance, security, and best practices are followed across implementations.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership to project teams.
- Engage with senior stakeholders including Finance Heads, CIOs, and business leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion applications.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Solution Architect in Oracle Finance implementations.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials / Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Strong understanding of finance business processes:
- Record to Report (R2R)
- Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- Experience with:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- OTBI / BI Publisher / Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- Data migration and reporting solutions
- Ability to design enterprise-wide architecture solutions.
- Experience working on large-scale transformation or cloud migration projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS is an added advantage.
- Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.
