About the Role
We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our growing team.
In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centred support to clients in their homes, assisting them to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing while following individual care plans.
Key Duties
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene needs
- Domestic support, including light household tasks
- Transporting clients to appointments and social activities
- Supporting daily living activities and community participation
- Following organisational policies and procedures
- Promoting clients' independence, dignity, and individual choices
- Building positive relationships with clients and their families

Essential Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or equivalent), or currently working towards completion
- Nursing students who have successfully completed relevant placement and study requirements equivalent to a Certificate III
Essential Requirements
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (minimum P2 or Full Licence)
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- 100 Points of Identification
