Role requirements: Demonstrate knowledge of; General Maintenance | Joinery | Door Repairs | Painting Skills
Experience in a similar maintenance position
Current drivers license
Ability to work at heights and on elevated platforms up to 11 metres
Ability to work unsupervised as well as being a flexible member of the team
Ability to operate a variety of hand and power equipment in a safe and effective manner
Measure and calculate angles, lengths and volumes
Prepare clear and concise reports
