We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Yarrawonga Preschool for term 3 and 4, 2026. Yarrawonga Preschool operates 2 x 3yo kindergarten groups and 2 x 4yo kindergarten groups as a stand alone preschool service. This position will initially be covering long service leave for one of the 4yo teachers in Term 3 and will also provide opportunity to work in a 3yo group in addition to ratio during Term 4. This position provides flexibility and ample opportunity to pick up additional relief work across all GRPSA services. There is high potential for ongoing work at the service in 2027 for the right applicant. Kindergarten operational hours for 2026 are changing to 3 x 6hr sessions instead of 2 x 7.5hr sessions. Part time, fixed term position, 13th July - 18th December 2026. The position will initially be covering Long Service Leave for term 3, in a 4yo group. Continued work on the same days in Term 4 with the option to take up an additional day. rd Days: Thursday and Friday with 3 day of the week being flexible for the non-contact hours Hours: 21 hrs per week (2 x 7.5hr sessions plus additional non-contact hours shift on flexible day) Potential for ongoing further work in 2027.
Minimum Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent Early Childhood VIT registration, Mandatory Reporting, Foundations - Child Safety Training and First Aid certificates. A police check can be obtained via GRPSA for the successful applicant.
