- Differentiate - content options that flex for different abilities and experience levels
- Equip facilitators -teacher notes with learning objectives, success criteria, and classroom tips
- Stay aligned - keep everything mapped to the Australian Curriculum and our internal frameworks
- Collaborate with team leads to refine and iterate
- Deliver on time, in the agreed formats and templates
- Experience writing curriculum, lesson plans, or educational resources for primary (ideally also early secondary) students

- A knack for turning technical concepts into simple, engaging explanations for kids
- A background in teaching, learning design, educational publishing, or EdTech
- Strong writing skills, make it clear, structured, pedagogically sound

- Genuine enthusiasm for game development and emerging ed-tech
- Awareness of online safety and data considerations for under-13s
- Flexibility - 4 days per week, max term contract
- Hybrid - mix of WFH and our Sydney CBD office
- A supportive, social team culture - events, incentives, genuine collaboration
- An inclusive, relaxed environment where you can bring your whole self
- Extra perks: tutoring and camp discounts, wellness benefits, and more
