You’ll be the face of Hydracrew, delivering expert on-site repairs and exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
What you’ll do
- Represent Hydracrew with professionalism and outstanding customer service
- Grow and maintain customers and develop new opportunities within your allocated territory
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic hose and coupling systems efficiently
- Provide on-site technical support including hose assembly and repairs
- Maintain your service vehicle, tools, and stock so you’re always job-ready
- Complete work orders, reports, and timesheets accurately
- Follow all warranty, safety, contamination control, and quality procedures
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, high-performing team culture
What you bring
- Trade Certificate in Mobile Plant Technology or similar (minimum Cert II required)
- Solid mechanical aptitude and hydraulic product knowledge
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks confidently
- Willingness to perform physically demanding work in various environmental conditions
