Are you passionate about driving sustainable waste solutions and leading meaningful environmental change? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Coordinator Resource Recovery to join our Environment and Sustainability team on a 12-month maternity leave cover.

About the Role
You will lead a high-performing team to deliver efficient, customer-focused waste services, including embedding and maintaining the transition to a four-stream system. The role also oversees waste contracts, strategic planning, and compliance, including management of the Trafalgar Closed Landfill.

About the Successful Candidate
- Tertiary qualification in environment, science or related field.
- Strong experience in waste/resource recovery.
- Proven leadership and contract management capability.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
