ABOUT THE ROLE: Property Associate
The Property Associate role is the starting point of a structured career pathway at Stonehhart.
This is not a generic sales role. It is an apprenticeship into property investment advisory — designed for people who are serious about building real expertise in one of Australia's most in-demand professional disciplines.
You will learn directly from experienced strategists, develop your skills in client engagement and property research, and work toward your first settled deals. Your progression through the Stonehhart career framework is based entirely on your performance — not tenure.
Employment Type: Part-Time/Full-Time.
Remuneration: Retainer + performance-based commissions (structure discussed at interview)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support clients through the early stages of their property investment journey, building trust and understanding their goals
- Conduct property research and market analysis to assist in strategy development
- Maintain accurate CRM records including notes, pipeline stages, and follow-up tasks
- Engage in consistent outreach and lead nurturing under the guidance of your assigned strategist
- Participate in client discovery sessions, learning how to assess financial positions and investment objectives
- Actively develop your product knowledge across Australian property markets, investment structures, and wealth strategy
- Attend training sessions, mentoring calls, and performance reviews

Property Associate → Junior Property Strategist → Property Strategist
