THE POSITION
- Dynamic role that will work across multiple retail and events, both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Taking the lead in an array of event types including conferencing, kid’s parties, sit down and cocktail events.
- Training and developing junior staff members and providing support to management during larger scale events.
- End to end function experience and providing support to our sales team with end of event reporting.
- Outstanding customer service to our valued clients and guests, ensuring their needs during events are met.
- Ensuring event spaces and equipment are looked after and well maintained.
THE PERSON
- Proven ability to lead a team.
- Understanding of Commercial hospitality operation.
- Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards and allergen management.
- Adaptable and thrives in a multi-tasking environment.
- Great personal presentation and an outgoing personality.
- Available across a variety of shifts, including weekends, early mornings, and evenings.
