Role description
Dhelkaya Health is seeking a motivated and compassionate Grade 1 Exercise Physiologist to join our dynamic Ambulatory Care team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across a diverse and rewarding clinical caseload within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
The Grade 1 Exercise Physiologist is responsible for delivering evidence-based Exercise Physiology services across home, hospital, and centre-based settings. The role focuses on providing tailored interventions and education to support clients in achieving optimal health outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with a broad range of health professionals and community service providers to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients, their families, and carers.
Our Ambulatory Care team provides a wide range of multidisciplinary allied health and nursing services, including:

Musculoskeletal rehabilitation

Neurological conditions

Pain management

Falls and balance programs

Cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation

Older Persons' Program

Services within Residential Aged Care Facilities
This role offers the opportunity to work across varied clinical areas and develop a broad skill base.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred Exercise Physiology assessments and interventions

Provide services across multiple settings (community, hospital, home, aged care)

Educate clients, families, and carers on exercise and health management

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting

About you

Recognised tertiary degree in Exercise Physiology

Full member of Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
