The House Parent provides day‑to‑day care, supervision and support to students in the boarding house. They focus on maintaining routines, building strong relationships with students, and implementing agreed wellbeing and behaviour strategies under the guidance of senior staff
BOARDING ROUTINES & DAILY LIFE
- Consistently implement boarding routines, including:
- Wake‑up and morning preparation
- Meals and mealtime supervision
- Study periods and homework routines
- Recreation and free time
- Bedtime and lights‑out
- Support the smooth flow of daily life within the boarding house
- Maintain calm, orderly and respectful dorm environments
This is a term time role - 7 day roster
Monday to Friday it is split shift rostering 6.30am - 9am and then 3pm - to overnight shifts
Weekends are 24 hour rosters
Pay: $67,786.61 – $84,319.96 per year
