We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and customer-focused Administration Assistant to join our growing business with the option to take on more hours through the storm season. You’ll be the friendly voice and face of Storm Call, ensuring our customers are kept up to date with all aspects of their work.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to incoming calls and customer enquiries
- Manage job files, documentation and insurance paperwork
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, clients, and trades
- Assist with data entry and the preparation of reports
- Monitor job progress and provide customers with timeline updates
- Provide general administrative support to the project management team
- Carry out adhoc tasks and provide general administrative support as required
- Assist with basic accounts administration
What we’re looking for:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with invoicing, billing, or basic bookkeeping is an advantage
- Proficient in using computers, email, and standard software; experience with job management or accounting systems is advantageous
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
