Identify operational issues, get to the root cause and implement practical solutions.

Work alongside the Branch Manager to drive branch performance and continuous improvement.

Help create a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.

Proven people management experience, including performance management, training and coaching.
-
Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to role model high service standards.
-
Experience confidently and positively managing customer complaints.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-
A hands-on leadership style and willingness to get involved wherever needed.
