Subcontract Bond Cleaner – Brisbane
We are looking for reliable and experienced subcontract cleaners to assist with bond and exit cleans throughout Brisbane.
Pay: $150–$300 per day/job, depending on the size and requirements of the property.
Role responsibilities:
- Completing detailed bond and exit cleans
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Cleaning ovens, stovetops, rangehoods and cupboards
- Wiping walls, skirting boards, doors and window tracks
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Following provided cleaning checklists
- Taking before-and-after photos
- Reporting any damage or areas requiring additional work
- Ensuring properties are completed to a high standard and ready for inspection
To be considered, you should have:
- Previous residential or bond-cleaning experience
- A valid ABN
- Reliable transport and a current driver’s licence
- Your own cleaning products and equipment
- Public liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it
- A current police check, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Availability for jobs across Brisbane
This is a flexible subcontractor position. You can accept jobs based on your availability. Payment ranges from $150 to $300 per completed day/job, depending on the property’s size, condition and workload.
