Field To Fork has just opened a brand new facility in Botany. At Field To Fork, we are not just butchers, we are proud to wholesale fine meat all over Sydney; to restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs and chicken shops. We will be conducting all of our business-to-business and wholesale production out of our new state-of-the-art factory.
We also make a huge range of Biltong - an air-dried South-African style dried beef snack - which we wholesale to other butchers, supermarkets and retailers under our brand name 'Naked Biltong' By Field To Fork. We are looking for butchers, knife-hands, meat processors and meat factory workers. This is an opportunity to advance your career with a fast-growing player that will not come around again soon. Candidates will be expected to commit to full-time work, 35-45 hours per week. Some early starts are expected. Ability to commute to Botany is a must.
All are welcome to apply, however those with experience in butchery, some history with meat wholesale & production, a love of food, and a keen attention to detail will be considered first. Some experience in meat processing and a good command of English is essential.
