This is a max-term full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne). What You'll Do Design, build and implement pricing models and algorithms, supporting development of pricing structures for commercial insurance portfolios Analyse pricing performance and market trends, providing insights that inform go to market strategies and ongoing optimisation Support delivery of pricing into new systems, contributing to transformation initiatives and enhancing pricing capability Collaborate with underwriting, portfolio and product teams to align pricing decisions with business objectives and customer outcomes Monitor and refine pricing strategies using data, reporting and feedback loops to identify risks and opportunities early. Contribute to team capability through peer reviews, knowledge sharing and supporting other analysts within project teams. What You'll Bring Experience in general insurance pricing, with exposure to commercial portfolios and pricing analysis. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights. Hands on experience with tools such as Excel, R or Python for modelling and data analysis. Understanding of pricing processes and ability to contribute to model development and implementation. Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences A collaborative mindset with a focus on learning, improvement and contributing to team success.
