Unlike other distributors, we also make many of our products in house ourselves which include fresh juices, smoothies, ice pops and more. We’re all about making life easy for our customers and reducing friction. The ideal candidate has a good sense of intuition and can help solve our client’s problems before they arise.
Expected hours of work: M/W/TH/F 5:30am - 2pm.
(Finishing time will vary, but is usually earlier).
Technical Requirements:
- Has a valid class C driver’s licence. Manual licence is a bonus, but not explicit as some of our vans are automatic.
- Comfortable driving Hiaces, Iloads, VW Crafters.
- Must adhere to our smoke free policy.
- Comfortable lifting up to 25 kgs.
Main duties:
- Preparation & Organisation: Load your van with an eye for detail, ensuring all products are secure while following checklists. If you already play Tetris, it’s a bonus.
- Navigation Safely drive various types of vans, adhering to delivery routes outlined by our software.
- Deliveries: Handle deliveries to a range of hospitality venues, each with their unique “charm”.
- Customer Service & Proactive Engagement: Showcase stellar customer service, employing your problem-solving hat and forward-thinking shoes to ensure our stockists' utmost satisfaction.
- Effective Communication: Act as the bridge between our clients and our company, making sure communication flows smoother than a smoothie.
- Admin: Complete post-delivery admin tasks because every great adventure deserves a great ending.
