Experience Chef Required
Working hours Fulltime (38 hours) per week.

Requirements
Responsibility for all operational aspects of the kitchen.
Preparing and cooking food
Planning menu items
Estimate food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
Ensure quality and presentation of all foods
Training and developing kitchen staff
Discuss food preparation with management, dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff
Receiving & storing food stocks, kitchen supplies and equipment
Advising on cooking procedures and demonstrating techniques
Discussing food preparation issues with senior management
Maintaining quality, preparation and presentation of dishes quality
Implementing systems & procedures
Implement, explain and enforcing hygiene regulations & secure workplace
Select and train staff
Freeze and preserve foods
Qualifications and Experience
- Must have AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality Management
- Must have experience worked as Chef for more than 2 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
