Experienced Barista / All-Rounder – Full-Time or Casual
We’re looking for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our team in Lindfield and take a key role in managing the front of house, coffee service and customer experience.
This is more than just a barista position — we’re looking for someone reliable, confident with customers and capable of taking ownership of the FOH during service.
The role
- 4–6 days per week depending on experience, availability and performance
- Barista / coffee service
- Managing FOH and customer service
- Taking orders and running service efficiently
- Maintaining presentation and cleanliness
- Helping lead the FOH team during busy periods

- Confident and friendly customer service
- Reliable, proactive and organised
- Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility
- Someone looking for a longer-term role rather than short-term casual work
Start date / upcoming renovation
We are currently preparing for a renovation and relaunch of the venue. The café will be closed for renovations throughout September, with reopening planned for early October.
We’re hiring ahead of our October relaunch, with paid training and onboarding available immediately before renovations begin in September. Our regular 4–6 day roster will commence from reopening in early October.
This would particularly suit someone who is currently working but considering their next long-term role from October onwards.
Both full-time and casual arrangements can be considered for the right person.
