What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
Key ResponsibilitiesFront of House
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages (Barista positions)
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Deliver food and beverages to tables
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Kitchen
- Prepare and cook meals to Café 63 standards
- Assist with food preparation and stock rotation
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Support the team to deliver quality food consistently
