THE ROLE
We're looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our Children's Services Support Services Team! You'll be a first point of contact for families, Directors, Educators and Regional Managers, handling enrolments, bookings, payments and general account enquiries. You'll work closely with our Senior Support Officers, who you can turn to for anything more complex. The role is part-time, with 22.8 hours per week on offer (0.6 FTE).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide frontline phone and email support to families, OSHC Directors and Educators, and Early Learning staff
Process enrolments, checking documentation and following up anything incomplete
Manage Xplor booking requests, waiting lists and account updates
Process payments, refunds and EFTPOS transactions
Run weekly Master Roll reports and follow up discrepancies with services
Support Vacation Care administration and Communications updates
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Relevant qualification in children’s services, administration or equivalent experience
Experience in administration or customer service, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
A confident communicator who's comfortable managing multiple enquiries at once
Experience with booking or account management systems (Xplor experience highly regarded, but not essential)
A team player who takes pride in getting the details right
