Bethanie Housing Ltd, a subsidiary of the Bethanie Group, is a registered community housing provider that owns and manages affordable and appropriate accommodation including apartments, townhouses, and villas for seniors in Perth and regional WA.
Bethanie Housing Limited (BHL) is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to provide financial leadership, commercial discipline and high-quality financial reporting during a period of significant development activity.
This is a hands‑on role in a lean, purpose driven organisation. You will work closely with the CEO, to ensure BHL has strong financial insight, robust controls and clear Board level reporting.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to provide commercial leadership, financial insight and support for project feasibility, investment decisions and business performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long range planning, financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Manage monthly management reporting, performance dashboards, Board reporting and cashflow forecasts, including grant funding, Special Purpose Vehicle arrangements and restricted funding obligations.
- Strengthen financial systems, reporting frameworks, controls and workflows, while supporting group financial policy compliance and month-end and year-end processes.
About you
You are a CA/CPA/CIMA qualified finance professional with strong management reporting, budgeting, cashflow and financial control experience. You can operate at both strategic and hands on levels and are confident preparing clear financial insights for executives and Boards.
Experience in property, infrastructure, community housing, NFP, government funded or asset heavy environments will be highly regarded.
- CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent qualification, with 10–15 years’ financial management experience across management reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, financial controls and policy compliance.
- Strong Excel, financial modelling and reporting capability, including preparation of clear insights for executives, Boards and committees.
- Experience in grant-funded, regulated, property, construction, not-for-profit, social infrastructure or community services environments, with strong stakeholder management, integrity and ability to work strategically and hands-on in a lean organisation.
