Position: Glazier (Full-Time)
Location: Campbellfield, Victoria (Travel to residential and commercial project sites across Melbourne and surrounding areas as required)

Axion Group Holdings Pty Ltd is an Australian home and commercial property renovation and repair company based in Melbourne. As part of our continued growth and expansion across Victoria, we are expanding our glass and glazing operations to meet increasing demand for residential and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Glazier to join our growing team and deliver high-quality workmanship across a diverse range of renovation, repair and new installation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, install and replace glass for residential and commercial applications.
- Install aluminium windows, doors, shopfronts, shower screens, mirrors, splashbacks and glass balustrades.
- Install and replace toughened, laminated and double-glazed glass.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Assemble and install aluminium framing systems.
- Remove damaged glass and safely dispose of materials.
- Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Inspect completed installations to ensure quality workmanship.
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers and team members.
Skills and Experience
Applicants should possess:
- At least three years of relevant full-time work experience, or a relevant trade qualification with practical glazing experience.
- Demonstrated experience in residential and commercial glazing.
- Experience installing aluminium windows and doors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- White Card or willingness to obtain one before commencing work.
