In this role you will:
- Provide evidence-informed physiotherapy assessment and treatment to support improved health and wellbeing outcomes for patients and clients.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Manage a varied clinical caseload, applying your clinical reasoning skills to assess needs, prioritise care and develop effective treatment solutions.
- Contribute to professional development, clinical supervision, education, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
- Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records, while contributing to service planning, mandatory reporting, research and continuous improvement activities.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist who is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-informed care and working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes for patients and their families.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Demonstrated experience in physiotherapy assessment and intervention across inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to analyse problems, prioritise competing demands and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to a range of patients, families and health professionals.
- A commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice, clinical supervision and continuous improvement.
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating initiative, accountability and a patient-centred approach.
