We're looking for someone who loves making sourdough and is keen to learn some viennoiserie production as well.
Shifts are 4-2pm or 5-3pm, full timers work 4 x 10 hour days.
Commercial sourdough experience is favoured but someone who picks up skills quickly will also be considered.
Job includes;
Mixing and maintaining temperatures of doughs, shaping, baking and other preparation.
Must be able to attend for a trial and interview!
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
