About the role
We're looking for an SEO Specialist/ SEO Executive to join our team and take ownership of organic search strategies across a portfolio of clients. This is a role for someone who understands how search engines work, enjoys digging into data, and knows how to turn insights into clear, actionable improvements.
Day to day, you'll be working on everything from keyword research and on-page optimisation to technical audits and performance reporting. You'll also collaborate closely with our developers, designers, and content team to make sure SEO recommendations actually get implemented — not just written up and forgotten.

What you'll be doing
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy for each client.
Optimise on-page elements including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.
Run technical SEO audits and provide clear recommendations to fix issues like crawl errors, slow page speed, and indexation problems.
Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Support content strategy by identifying gaps, suggesting topics, and finding link-building opportunities that improve organic visibility.
Prepare regular reports on SEO KPIs, ranking progress, traffic trends, and campaign outcomes
