Racqueteer is Sydney’s largest indoor pickleball and padel club, bringing together premium facilities, great coffee, and an incredible community. We’re looking for energetic, reliable and people-focused Club Hosts to help create an exceptional experience for every member who walks through our doors.
As a Club Host, you’ll be the face of the club. From welcoming members and checking in players to preparing coffees and keeping the venue running smoothly, no two shifts are the same. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love interacting with people and thrive in a team, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Welcome members and guests with outstanding customer service
- Check in players and assist with bookings, memberships and enquiries
- Prepare coffee and serve food and beverages from our café
- Support retail sales in our pro shop
- Set up and pack down courts and equipment
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the venue
- Assist with events, competitions and social sessions
- Work closely with the team to deliver a premium member experience
What we’re looking for
- Friendly, confident and approachable personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Barista experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Retail, hospitality or customer service experience is highly regarded
- A genuine interest in sport and community is a plus
Shift Availability
We’re open 7 days a week from 7:00am-10:00pm, with:
- Morning shifts: approximately 7:30am-3:00pm
- Evening shifts: approximately 3:00pm-10:30pm
We’re flexible with the number of shifts you work each week and will work with the right candidates to find a schedule that suits their availability.
