This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution behind the scenes by helping manage the systems, information and processes that support healthcare facilities across South Western Sydney. As part of a collaborative Asset Services team, you will play a key role in the implementation, ongoing development and optimisation of a district-wide asset management platform, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical asset data. Working closely with a diverse range of technical, maintenance and operational stakeholders, you will help drive improvements in maintenance planning, asset performance and service delivery. The role offers excellent opportunities to build your expertise in asset and facilities management while contributing to innovation, continuous system improvements and data-driven decision making. Your work will help ensure our healthcare facilities remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose, supporting the delivery of high-quality care to the communities we serve.
Are You the Right Fit?
The ideal candidate is a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with the ability to accurately manage large volumes of asset and facilities management data. You will be a confident communicator who enjoys working with people, providing training and support to users, and building effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. With experience administering or supporting asset management, maintenance management or facilities systems such as AFMO, IBM TRIRIGA or similar platforms, you will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to produce meaningful reports, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to ongoing system enhancements. You are motivated by the opportunity to play a key role in a significant district-wide asset management initiative that supports healthcare facilities and services across South Western Sydney. Relevant qualifications in facilities management, asset management, engineering, information and communications technology, or equivalent experience, together with a current Australian Driver Licence, will be highly regarded.
