ABOUT THE JOB
This is a casual role offering 15–35 hours per week, primarily across afternoon and night shifts.
You’ll be working across the gaming room and supporting broader service areas to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Your role will include:

Providing professional and attentive service within the gaming room

Maintaining gaming areas, furniture, and equipment to required standards
-
Ensuring venue ambience including lighting, music, and cleanliness is on point
-
Supporting food and beverage service where required
-
Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard
-
Operating gaming terminals and supporting customer enquiries
-
Handling cash and using POS systems accurately
-
Maintaining presentation and cleanliness across all service areas
-
Supporting upselling and contributing to venue performance
-
Communicating effectively with team members across the venue
-
Following RSA, WHS, and all hotel procedures at all times
-
Supporting the team with general duties as required
This is a hands-on role where professionalism, attention to detail, and teamwork are key.
