LECE Pty Ltd is a leading commercial and industrial electrical company specializing in the design and construct of electrical and control systems and equipment. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team.
The roll is initially part time however we are flexible and in most cases can work to ensure your personal requirements are met.
You will be responsible for instigating and growing our control systems engineering team. Ability to bring in additional work or your own clients would be highly regarded.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for control panel design.
- Making and ordering equipment for the panel
- Designing the PLC program in either Siemens, AB or IMO
- Assisting the electrical tecs Commission the equipment
- Designing HMI
- Programming SCADA interfaces as required.
- R&D for new technologies and projects
- Employing other engineers and managing them to meet project requirements.
- Ability to set up remote monitoring for customers and establish remote support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering
- Strong knowledge of electrical design software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Provide strong understanding of Engineering best practices, standards and AS3000
