Goal Indigenous Services are seeking a
Workforce & Skills Officer to build industry relationships & drive impactful workforce development initiatives in the NT.
You will play a key role in workforce initiatives across the Northern Territory, with a particular focus on the
Warehousing, Manufacturing and Construction Industries
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with industry partners, businesses, and training providers across the Northern Territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service while offering strategic advice on workforce development and skill shortages.
- Manage administrative tasks including reporting, compliance, and documentation to support workforce initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify workforce needs and promote tailored training solutions.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in customer service and administration with a focus on effective communication and relationship building.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports and present to diverse audiences.
Required:
- Current NT C-class Driver's License
- Working with Children Clearance
- National Police Check
- White Card
