We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to provide dedicated professional and technical ICT services within the Department of Defence. In this role, you will support a major capability transformation program aimed at ensuring the delivery of reliable, trusted systems and information-sharing services across the Defence business.
You will represent organizational interests in technical forums while delivering Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice across program management, capability development, and sustainment activities for Defence
Key Responsibilities

Provide delivery input toward enterprise systems, including planning, developing, and executing approved Project Plans and Schedules.

Drive the on-going integration and delivery of the target operating model within the designated Defence structure.

Support organizational alignment and structural updates to meet Defence strategy and resource demands.

Analyse and implement revised Quality Management Systems, operational acceptances, and standard processes.

Create and maintain change records in the designated tracking system, maintain templates, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Change Management.
Technical Skill & Experience:
- Relevant certifications, qualifications, and proven experience in ICT change management and business change.

A high-level understanding of systems architectures, networking, operational systems, and security accreditation frameworks within a complex environment.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the flexibility to attend key meetings outside standard business hours when required to support broader operations.
