Little Friends Early Learning Granville is seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our supportive and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Nursery Room and provide guidance to educators within the room
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Build strong and positive relationships with children and families
- Plan and implement meaningful learning experiences in line with the EYLF
- Complete observations, learning stories, reflections, and room documentation
- Ensure compliance with National Regulations, National Quality Standards, and service policies
- Maintain high standards of supervision, health, hygiene, and safety
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Director and leadership team
- Support children's routines, wellbeing, and development
Essential Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working With Children Check (NSW)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Experience working as room leader
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for early childhood education and continuous improvement
