Bella Sapori is looking for an experienced Barista / Customer Service Superstar who can bring energy, personality and a genuine love of hospitality to our team.
We’re not just looking for someone who can make a great coffee — we’re looking for someone who can create a great experience.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Barista in a busy café, restaurant or hospitality environment
- Excellent coffee-making skills and a strong understanding of espresso
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- A warm, friendly and confident personality
- Someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with customers
- Ability to work efficiently and remain calm during busy periods
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Ability to work independently while being a great team player
- A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Availability across weekends and busy periods
Your responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience from the moment our customers walk through the door. This will include:
- Preparing consistently excellent coffee
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented service area
- Assisting with food and beverage service when required
- Building genuine relationships with our regular customers
- Supporting the wider team during busy service periods
- Helping maintain the high standards that Bella Sapori is built around
