Manufacturing Award – C14 Entry Level
Polycell is seeking a Casual Process Worker to assist in our production operations.
This role is classified under the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award (MA000010) at C14.0 entry level.
Employment Details:
- Casual position (Permanent Full-Time option available)
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Paid at C14.0 Award rate + 25% casual loading
- Ongoing work available for suitable candidates
- Overtime available
Role Overview
This is an entry-level production role working under supervision.
Duties include:
- Assisting with operation of production machinery
- Basic machine monitoring
- Product assembly and packaging
- Performing visual quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Following safety and production procedures
This role involves standing for extended periods and light to moderate manual handling.
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Physically capable of production work
- Previous manufacturing experience advantageous but not essential

This role is paid strictly in accordance with the Manufacturing Award C14 classification. Progression opportunities may be available for suitable candidates.
