The Nurse Liaison will ensure an optimal patient experience for the transition from a Public Hospital to a Ramsay Health Care Private Hospital.
You will be highly skilled in prioritising, triaging patients and have a strong understanding of the private healthcare sector. The right candidate will have the ability to multi-task, analyse situations to optimise patient outcomes and demonstrate excellent communication skills. The ED Liaison demonstrates strong patient assessment skills to identify suitable patients for care in our private hospital. They must understand the importance of customer service and doctor engagement.

Relevant qualifications and registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

Must have minimum of 2 years’ experience in this role, or Post-graduate in Emergency Nursing

Experience in management desirable
