Hundreds of practices start a splose trial every month. Your role is to make sure the right ones become customers.
You'll be the first human they speak to. You'll call new trialists, understand their practice, help them see how splose fits, and get them across the line — whether that's a quick setup chat, a proper demo, or handing larger opportunities to our AE team.
This isn't cold calling. Everyone you speak to has raised their hand. Your job is to be genuinely helpful, fast, and consultative — practitioners can smell a pushy sales rep a mile away, and that's not us.
This is a 6 month fixed term role with potential to extend.
Call and qualify new trial signups (1-4 practitioners only) within hours
Run discovery conversations to understand practice size, discipline, current software and what's driving the switch
Help smaller practices convert directly — answer questions, remove blockers, guide setup
Book demos and hand off qualified multi-practitioner (5+) and enterprise opportunities to Account Executives
Follow up trialists through their trial with well-timed, useful touchpoints (not spam)
Keep the CRM clean and accurate so the whole growth team can trust the data
Feed what you're hearing back to product and marketing — objections, feature gaps, competitor mentions
Hit monthly targets on contact rate, qualified opportunities and trial-to-paid conversion
SDR Experience, inbound sales, customer success or similar customer-facing role (SaaS a bonus, not a must)
Great on the phone — warm, curious, and comfortable making 30+ calls a day
A genuine listener who asks good questions before pitching anything
Organised and self-directed — you manage your own pipeline without being chased
Resilient and coachable — you want feedback and you act on it
Bonus: experience in or around allied health, NDIS or healthcare software
