About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the Concretus team on a permanent, full-time basis from our office in Leederville. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will act as the technical backbone of our scheduling process, coordinating Ready-To-Start (RTS) jobs across ABN brands. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and senior management to ensure every project starts with accuracy and financial clarity.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Liaise with installers, builders & site managers to confirm bookings and resolve enquiries
- Generate and process job starts, assign job numbers, and secure supplier bookings in ABN software systems
- Manage project budgeting by authorising supplier invoices, coding costs, and claiming variations
- Monitor daily concrete usage and produce comprehensive monthly variance reports
- Reschedule and adapt workflows to accommodate unforeseen date changes from stakeholders
- Interpret architectural/engineering drawings, soil reports, and specifications to ensure technical accuracy
- Maintain strong customer service with prompts responses to queries
- Support wider Concretus Estimating and Construction teams on an ad hoc basis as directed by line manager
About You
To be successful in this role, we’re looking for;
- Demonstrated experience within an administrative position with a background in resource planning, scheduling, construction and/ or external supplier engagement being highly regarded.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite including Outlook and Excel
- Construction industry experience with the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings is desirable
- Sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with external suppliers
- A commitment to a safe, injury-free workplace and compliance with all company safety policies
