About the role
Chunn Thai Cuisine is seeking a passionate and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our team in our restaurant located in Menai, NSW. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our dining operations.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking customer orders and communicating them to the kitchen in a timely manner
- Delivering food and beverages to customers with care and attention to detail
- Ensuring tables are cleared, reset and maintained to a high standard
- Assisting with side duties such as restocking, cleaning and general restaurant upkeep
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any customer queries or concerns
- Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting preferred, however, not necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming personality
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, including an understanding of Thai cuisine
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be available on Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday.
