Mac-BAT Energy Storage & Battery Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an Energy Projects Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of innovative energy storage and battery infrastructure projects. What you'll do:
- Lead and oversee energy storage and battery system projects from planning through completion.
- Develop project strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans to achieve successful delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, technical, procurement, and operations teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Manage project risks, quality standards, and performance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare project reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and support business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams while fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience in energy projects, renewable energy, battery storage, engineering, project management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership or project management experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sustainable energy, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
