- Diagnose organisational challenges, linking structure, capability, behaviour and systems to identify what is driving performance
- Design and implement integrated solutions, including workforce planning approaches, organisation design, culture and behaviour change, and leadership development
- Partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, influence decisions and embed change in how organisations operate
- Contribute to the growth of the practice through client development, thought leadership and collaboration across service lines
What will help you succeed
- Deep experience in organisational development, people advisory, leadership development in consulting or applied settings
- A strong track record delivering end-to-end workforce, organisation and leadership initiatives that lead to sustained performance improvement

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in organisational psychology, human resources, learning and development or a related discipline
- Curiosity and drive to stay current in emerging thinking and apply it to client work
If you don't meet every requirement but are excited by the role, we would still love to hear from you.
