What you need for this role:
- Role model Individual Contributor leadership behaviours as outlined in the bLeadership competencies for Queensland.
- Demonstrated project management experience and understanding of principles, practices and methodologies for ethical behaviour/decision-making and successful delivery of a program of work.
- Knowledge of legislative authorities associated with third party access to DES terrestrial estate across all of Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service and Partnerships' (QPWS&P) regions.
- Interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills and the ability to successfully initiate and implement change and continuous improvement in the workplace.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with an ambition to drive results to achieve departmental objectives.
- Communication and reporting (including liaison, advice and preparation of written reports and submissions).
