- Flexible availability across Saturdays and Sundays

We are seeking experienced Community Support Workers with good availability and a passion for providing high-quality, person-centred support to our participants in Bendigo.
As a Community Support Worker, you will support individuals living with disability to build independence and participate in life. Support may be provided in the home or out in the community and can include personal care, domestic tasks, social engagement, transport to appointments and activities, and skill-building.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing organisation. Remuneration commencing at $45.28 per hour for casual employees.

- A qualification or experience in Disability Services/Aged Care/Individual Support/Home and Community Care or similar field. Applicants with lived experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in supporting people with complex needs and support requirements
- Strong ethics and genuine approach towards participant dignity and safety and Work Health and Safety.
- Adaptability, flexibility, resilience and respond positively to change.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Well-developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Dedication to their job and their team.
- Good presentation and a professional attitude.
